Broccoli Cheddar & Quinoa Gratin

The Broccoli Cheddar & Quinoa Gratin are a healthy and delicious food that can be made at home. It can be used as a delicious dinner, snacks or even as a healthy snack after dinner. This cheddar cheese based dip consists of three ingredients, namely, broccoli cheddar, nutritional grade quinoa and a touch of nutritional yeast. The mixture is stirred well and simmered until it thickens. The nutritional yeast is added just before the end of the cooking process so that the vitamins and nutrients are preserved in the food.

In order to prepare the broccoli quinoa casserole, you will need a frying pan, four cups of vegetable stock, about one tablespoon of nutritional yeast, quarter teaspoon of garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Start off by preparing the vegetable stock; add it to the pan and heat gently. When the stock is almost boiling, add the broccoli and quinoa to the pot, and cover for two minutes. Uncover and stir up the mixture, and remove from heat. Serve immediately with a little bit of the vegetable stock still in the pan.

The broccoli cheddar & quinoa gratin is best served chilled. It would be an excellent addition to any cheese platter or buffet!
