You simply mix the quinoa, balsamic vinegar, garlic, bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, basil, oregano, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. It should take about five minutes, so keep that in mind the next time you are in a hurry. Drain the pasta and add the other ingredients to the same location. Serve immediately, or allow to cool down a bit and then serve.
