SIMPLE YOGA POSTURES THAT CAN BE PRACTICED AT HOME

The basic and first thing that you have to do in simple yoga is, get yourself relaxed by lying down on the floor. It is also essential to keep your mind clear and cool. The next step in simple yoga is, to stretch your body properly by bending your knees and touching your toes. You can stretch your entire body starting from your head, till your ankles and till your knees and feet are tired. After you stretch your body, you will have to stand up by flexing your muscles in a right manner.

You will have to proceed further when you feel that you have already stretched your muscles in a correct manner. Now, you will have to stand once again and you will have to sit with the back straight, rest your hands on the ground at your sides and bend your waist forward, so that the abdomen and the upper portion of the spine are parallel to the ground. The next step in the simple yoga exercise is that you should focus on your breathing. You should inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Do not touch your face with your hands and do not think about anything as this will hamper the proper functioning of your mind and you will be having difficulties in the perfecting the different aspects of yoga exercise.

Then, you have to proceed with the next yoga exercise that is, balancing your weight on your palms with the help of your arms, slowly raising your body with your eyes closed. After that, you have to move your arms slowly upwards and downwards with the help of your hands. For that, you have to bend your knees and bend your thighs. In addition, you have to move your hands up and down and then return them to the position from where you started the exercise. These yoga postures are very easy to perform and they help in the proper functioning of your internal organs.
