The southern most states of India for the Indian peninsula. These states have a variety of landscapes from the arid deserts of Jammu and Kashmir to the moist and grassy hill stations of Kerala and Andaman. In all these states there are large populations and an increasing demand for work and business opportunities. With so many young and able population, India’s population is predicted to double in size by the end of the next decade. India is one of the fastest developing countries in the world with a lot of room for further economic growth. For the time being, India is the fastest growing economy within the South Asian region, but this reality is subject to change given the current political situation in various countries in South Asia. One of the major concerns of the government at the moment is the impact of the population census on the agricultural production in India. If the total population continues to rise at the same pace, wheat production in India will be negatively affected. One of the major concerns of the government is that the rising trend may impact the South Asian economic future. If there is a significant increase in population, the demand for food products like milk, rice, wheat and others will also grow significantly. This could result in an increase in food imports from neighboring countries.
The other significant concern of the government relates to the road accidents in India. The road accidents in India have become very high due to the large number of vehicles on the roads. In addition to this, there is an increasing number of cars on the roads in India due to the new rules and regulations introduced by the government regarding the emission standards for cars. The growing population of India will also have a significant impact on the levels of car accidents, as a larger number of people will be driving vehicles which are more powerful than the cars being used by Indians now.
If the government has its way, the next Indian census will be held in the twenty-sixth century. It is still not very far away from happening. The outcome of the census will have a significant impact on the government’s policy and planning in the future.
